Digital Banking Guide

New to FNBA Online Banking? Let's Get You Set Up.

This step-by-step guide walks you through everything, from enrolling to making your first mobile deposit, in plain language. No jargon, no guesswork, just follow the steps below and you will be banking digitally with FNBA in no time. If you ever get stuck, a South Jersey banker is a phone call away.

Step-by-Step Guide

01

Enroll in Online Banking

Head to the FNBA enrollment page and follow the prompts to create your online banking login. You will need your account number and the contact information on file with FNBA. Once the application is complete, an FNBA representative will contact you to confirm your information and complete the enrollment process.

Tip: Have your FNBA account number handy before you start.

02

Download the FNBA Mobile App

Take your banking wherever you go. Download the free FNBA mobile app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Log in with the same username and password you created during enrollment. The app gives you access to all the same features as desktop, plus mobile deposit.

Tip: Search “First National Bank of Absecon” in your app store if the direct link does not work.

03

Set Up Direct Deposit

Getting paid directly to your FNBA account is fast and free. Provide your employer or benefits provider with FNBA’s routing number and your account number. Direct deposit is typically active within one to two pay cycles.

Tip: FNBA Routing Number: 031204804 (also printed on the bottom-left of your checks)

04

Set Up Bill Pay

Stop writing checks and start paying bills in a few clicks. Inside online banking, navigate to Bill Pay and add your payees, including utilities, credit cards, rent, and more. Schedule one-time or recurring payments and track everything in one place.

Tip: Set up recurring payments for fixed monthly bills so you never miss a due date.

05

Enable e-Statements

Go paperless and access up to 24 months of account statements anytime, anywhere. Inside online banking, go to Accounts and select Documents to get started. You will receive an email notification each time a new statement is ready. e-Statements are secure, easy to download, and accepted for most verification purposes.

Tip: Save your statements to a secure folder on your device for easy reference.

06

Make Your First Mobile Deposit

Deposit a check without leaving home. Open the FNBA mobile app, tap Deposit, and follow the prompts to photograph the front and back of your endorsed check. Submit, and the deposit will be processed according to FNBA’s standard funds availability schedule. It’s that simple.

Tip: Write “For Mobile Deposit Only” under your signature when endorsing the check.

07

Add Zelle®

Send and receive money with people you trust, whether it’s friends, family, or anyone else, right from the FNBA mobile app or online banking. Zelle® works with most U.S. bank accounts, so the person you are paying does not need to bank at FNBA. Transfers are typically fast, and there are no FNBA fees to send or receive money with Zelle®.

Tip: Only send money to people you know and trust. Zelle® transfers are typically instant and cannot be canceled once sent.
