Eric Gaupp is a seasoned bank officer with 43 years of experience in community banking. He began his career in IT, mastering bank operations from the ground up before climbing the executive ranks. Over his distinguished career, Eric has served as VP of IT, VP of Operations, EVP & COO, President & COO, and ultimately President, CEO, and Vice Chairman. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Glassboro State College (1982) and an MBA from Monmouth College (1988).
